Our Youth Fitness program incorporates exercise, nutrition, and guidance designed for children from age six to twelve. Jump Ahead Academy promotes lifestyle habits that prevent obesity and promote healthy living. Jump Ahead Academy's approach allows learning through doing. By teaching children healthy living with a hands-on approach, they will develop the tools to help them learn and maintain healthy habits into their adult lives. Nutritional education, lifestyle modification, and family involvement are all the result of the our program.

Jump Ahead Academy's program is designed to fit both the physical and emotional readiness of each child who participates. The program is designed for children of all levels ages 6-12. Classes follow lesson plans that include warm-up, stretching, strength training, aerobic exercise, games, and cool-down activities.
